🔁 Easy Returns

• You can request a return within 3 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact
• All returns go through a quick quality check before approval
• Clearance / Final Sale items are not eligible for returns

💳 Refund Options

Store Credit (Nina Richi)

• Return shipping will need to be arranged and paid by the customer
• Store credits are issued within 48 hours after the item passes quality check
• The best part? Your credits never expire!

📌 A Few Important Things to Know

• • Refunds are processed only after successful quality inspection
  • For any issues like wrong or damaged items, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video — it really helps us resolve things faster
  • We currently don’t offer exchanges, but you’re always welcome to place a new order for the right size or style
  • If you cancel an order before dispatch, a small 2% processing fee will apply
